Permissions Description for Qince

When using Qince, you may need to enable the following permissions to access relevant services. If you do not use these features, you may choose not to enable these permissions. Declining these permissions will not affect your use of basic Qince services, but you may be unable to access the enhanced user experience provided by these additional services. These additional services include:

1. Permission to access contacts and write contact information

After you authorize access and permission to write to your contacts, you can write contact numbers from the Qince contact list to your phone's local address book when using the Qince contacts feature.

2. Additional services based on camera/webcam

After enabling camera/webcam permissions, you can use features such as code scanning, AI image intelligent recognition, capturing photos/short videos, scanning and recognizing business cards, and face recognition authorized by you under specific scenarios.

3. Additional services for accessing and uploading images/videos based on storage and albums (image library/video library)

After enabling album permissions, you can upload your photos/images/videos to change your avatar within Qince, share photos or videos, use AI image intelligent recognition, complete corporate/organizational certification, provide evidence when communicating with customer service, perform log caching, and download multimedia such as voice, images, and videos. If you refuse to grant this permission, we will be unable to provide these services to you.

4. Additional services related to voice technology based on the microphone

After enabling microphone permissions, you can use the microphone to implement voice input functions in single chats, group chats, or voice ordering within Qince, or to enable live streaming functions. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permissions, we will only collect voice information via the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon within the client or record a video.

5. Additional services based on the calendar

After you enable permissions for us to read/write to your calendar, we will collect your phone schedules and log schedules for functions such as visit itinerary settings and attendance settings.

6. Location permissions

You can turn on your location permissions (including geographic location permissions or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth recognition range) to complete attendance clock-ins arranged by your enterprise or organization, as well as to use functions such as smart discovery, positioning tracks, and check-ins.

7. Permission to make phone calls

After enabling the permission to make phone calls, you can use the Qince contact list to dial numbers directly. Refusing this permission may result in the phone calling function being unavailable.
